Research was
the beginning.

William Shepardson
William Shepardson Research Analyst

One member. A world of possibility.

A project team at Williams.
A summer working in Rwanda.
A new chapter in investment banking.

William joined Ubuntu and began doing research for a project team. The summer after his freshman year, he went to Rwanda to intern with FIXA, one of our partner companies.

At FIXA, he worked on technology helping transform opportunities for the blue-collar workforce. The experience took him beyond campus and into work with a direct connection to people's livelihoods.

Taking those skills further

Now an incoming Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in its Healthcare practice, William is taking those research skills into a new field.

Three hundred words at most. We are not checking whether you get it right, because there is no right answer. We want to see how you reach a number when you cannot look one up. Show your reasoning and say what you would need to check.
